Happy valentines' day to all! Had a wonderful valentines' date with my darling yesterday. My dear's so sweet, he bought me a box of chocs (mixture of liquer, white, bitter chocs n chocs with fillings in them) from chocolat world and a rose too! and he acty bluffed me that he wld fall out late from camp and will only meet me under his blk at 7pm, juz so he cld find time to buy me the gift. So sweet rite? n while he's at tm getting me my surprise gift, i was oso there getting him a surprise gift too! ok..mine's not exactly a gift but rather its a sweet heart pastry (heart shaped pastry with cream fillings and icing on top) frm polar. Strange we dint bump into one another. haha

After he showered, slacked awhile etc, we took a cab to raffles city. Wanted to take a bus/mrt as i made a 9pm reservation and the time then was only 7.45pm. Which means we'l reach there freaking early by cab. But lazy him dint wana listen to me, so take cab loh..anyway he pay ma..hahaha. The exciting thing is he dint noe whr i was planning to bring him for dinner. and the place is none other than chijmes! Made a reservation for 2 at an irish pub, father flanagan. Very nice ambience..candles eevrywhr, soft music playing, and it wasnt too crowded either. Ordered fish and chips and their die-die muz try breaded mushrooms with garlic-cheese dips. Pre-ordered 2 frozen black irish drinks as well. Cld see that he really enjoyed himself and the food n of coz my company alot wor. hahaha..

After an hour or so, went back to tamp and bought a barcardi breezer and pink vodka from 7-11. Planned to drink it with the chocs he got me. Once the clock struck 12, i secretly went out to the kitchen, got out my "surprise", lit the candle, stuffed the candle on the sweet heart pastry, offed all the lights, and sang a happy v-day song to my dear. My surprise almost dint work out for me as i had difficulty turning on the gas stove! Took me 5 mins to work the stove. -_-!

All in all, it was a great valentine's day date. Everything, be it the dinner at chijmes, the surprises we got for each other, the time spent together chatting, eating chocs with vodka bla bla, was all taken care by God and i thank God for his great abundant favour. Otherwise, without him, i wldnt be able to enjoy such a blessed valentines' day. Thank you daddy! =D
